Now, you can send us a email via the link refill@mikealvis.com and request a refill of your medication and you may drop by and pick it up.... or you may continue to request a perscription refill via fax from your pharmacy and or we will give a written perscription.... your choice.....
email requests: this is the preferred method.... just click on the link here, refill@mikealvis.com and tell us which medications you need .... then we will review our records, and if ok, we will take it from there..... once approved you may stop by and pick it up.. or we will fax to your pahrmacy etc...
