yes, 1984 has come and gone.. hard to beleive that the book may have been less scary than the reality....and we are left with HIPPA... while i disagree with Hillary Clintons intrusion into your medical care, below is the policy as required by federal law. this law was put into effect by attorneys... yet niether the American Bar Association, nor the Federal government, has any such rules about the information that you give to your attorney, only your doctor.... so your attorney can legally take your private information given to them in confidence and just put it in the trash, leave it out for God and everyone to see and they are not Liable at ALL... so... do as i say, not as i do?.. interesting... not a lesson i will be passing on to my children... yet not surprising of OUR government....
